He has over 25 years’ experience in technical writing and editing. His technical writing skills resulted in a prestigious corporate award for quality in technical writing from a former employer.
His wealth of experience includes: graphic design, desktop publishing writing, proofreading and editing.
He co-authored Aviation History of Greater Riverside for History Press which was released in 2013. In addition he has designed and written brochures, newsletters, pamphlets, and technical manuals for several clients, often working with his wife Marge Bitetti on a variety of projects. He also co-authors various restaurant and theater reviews and a weekly fresh produce column.
His formal education includes: completion and certification at numerous technical seminars and corporate training programs including: ISO 9001. ISO 9000, Quality Engineering Principles, Management training, Quality Circle Training, Quality auditing and classes in Management Psychology at Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, CA. In addition he has an Associates of Arts Degree in Electronics.
